Our Story

Founder and CEO John Traver invented the original Business Development Center for the automobile industry in 1991. Most recently, he created Traver Connect, which offers a complete suite of solutions for automobile dealerships to convert BDC leads into sales and to maximize service-lane opportunities. Our staff of experienced experts is able to provide professional training, both online and on-site. Traver Connect also developed proprietary software to enhance BDC sales, and we are ready to guide dealerships with well-executed best practices designed to grow customers consistently and profitably. In short, Traver Connect covers an entire dealership to maximize revenue.
